You can choose the exact products you are interested in by browsing our stock notebook page, selecting the notebook and enquiry through the given product page.

If you are unsure of what you want, have any questions or would like us to suggest some options based on your requirements you can use our web form, email us at info@bookblock.com or call us on +44 (0) 203 514 1281.

Notebook style, material, colour, size, page count, paper specification, elastic and ribbon colours, method of branding and extras.

You can browse all the options we have available on our stock notebook page which includes an advanced filter so you can quickly see what customisations and colours are available on stock products, along with their price and lead times. When submitting your enquiry let us know what features, customisations, colour etc you would like.

Do not feel limited by the available customisation options on the stock pages. If you are ordering over 150 units we can build a completely bespoke notebook and you can browse all standard options on our 3D builder as well as some more unique options on our notebook, diary and planner manufacturing page.

You will be provided with a Bookblock account manager who will be happy to answer any questions or make suggestions based on requirements prior to confirming your final notebook choices.

Let us know all of your relevant details that will effect your quote, such as delivery address & country (for shipping prices and duty), invoice address (for tax purposes) and contact information (for whoever we need to speak to).

Once we have established all the features of your branded notebook, the delivery address and delivery method we will provide a quote. This quote is valid for 60 days.

If you would like a sample of the stock notebook you would like customised we will send you a sample free of charge, if available. We can also offer samples of previous projects we have done that are close to your desired specification (e.g. cover customisation or material). Having a Pantone or Hex Code colour reference will help.

If you would like your logo branded on your sample we can provide this, however there is a fee for the notebook, die-stamp, shipping and labour. The cost is dependent on the product type and location.

Depending on the branding you require we have different methods of artwork submission. We can provide any help and/or documentation around artworking requirements and full artwork specifications for each product are available on our website, or from your account manager.

If a special die size / position is required you will need to provide exact measurements to leave nothing up to chance.

If you would like help with artworking, we can provide this service at a charge of £35 per hour.

Proofs of all work will be submitted for your approval and you must double-check all of the artworks to make sure it is OK. Sign-off is required on proofs for production to go ahead, otherwise logo style, type or layout will be at Bookblock’s absolute discretion.

Additional charges may be made for any additional proofs, samples or products that are required as a result of alterations.

If a die size / position differs slightly from a visual proof and no measurements have been given, we cannot be held responsible.

An example of a branded notebook proof

Once double-checked you should confirm your artworks. If the customer does not provide written sign-off, the last proof submitted shall be used in production, unless the customer explicitly rejects the proof for a previous one in writing.

Once the proofs have been confirmed we will send a final invoice. As a manufacturer of bespoke products we do require payment to be made before the order begins.

Once payment has been made please contact your account manager to make them aware of payment. This speeds up the process and ensures your order goes into manufacture as soon as possible.

For orders of 500 or less, items manufactured or customised in the UK generally take up to 10 working days. These items include Castelli notebooks, Leuchtturm1917, Moleskine and Monsieur Notebook. Express orders must be agreed upon in advance.

For larger orders, production times for custom products vary depending on the size and complexity of the order and the time of year. Your account manager will make you aware of lead times prior to payment and we shall do everything we can to meet agreed delivery dates but we will not be held responsible nor accept any liabilities should the dates not be met. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible if freight companies/customs houses take extra time to deliver/release goods.

Our account managers will provide updates where possible, especially nearing the end of the manufacturing process, however for the opening period of manufacture procurement will happen along with waiting for a manufacturing slot.

Automatic updates will be provided online.

Once despatch is booked in or made we will provide a despatch notification and tracking information. We do our best to follow shipments to make sure if there are any delays due to mistakes, events, weather, international duties or tax that we help get the product moving again as quickly as possible.

A few days after delivery we’ll check back in to make sure everything has gone to plan!
